Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondent(s) No. 2-Senior Superintendent of Police (Rural), Jalandhar, District Jalandhar to consider and decide the representation dated 27.10.2017 (Annexure P7) and for registration of criminal case against respondents No. 6 to 9. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that representation dated 27.10.2017 (Annexure P7) made by the petitioner to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police (Rural), Jalandhar, District Jalandhar remained unattended till now.
