Learned State counsel on instructions from HC Gurmail Singh submits that petitioners have not joined the investigation as per orders dated 23.05.2018 passed in CRM-M-22047-2018 and 30.05.2018 passed in CRMM-23720-2018. None has appeared on behalf of petitioners to explain nonjoining of investigation by petitioners. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
