(Oral) This petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the order dated 08.02.2024, whereby the petitioner has been disengaged as Extension Lecturer on account of being ineligible. 2.

The issue already stands decided by this Court vide order dated 15.12.2022, rendered in LPA No.1257 of 2019, holding that ineligible Extension Lecturers have no right to continue in service in terms of policy guidelines dated 04.03.2020.

In view thereof, there is no ground to entertain the petition. 4.
