CRM-M-15380-2021 (O&M) ( 2 ) preferably on the day of filing of such application having due regard to the fact that the offence alleged is a bailable offence. It shall be open to the petitioners to file a separate petition so as to challenge the order vide which they were declared proclaimed offender and also to challenge the FIR i.e. FIR No.0052, dated 17.2.2020 registered at Police Station Israna, District Panipat under Section 174-A of Indian Penal Code.
