A status-report by way of affidavit of Rajender Singh, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Dabwali, District Sirsa has been filed wherein it has been stated that a SIT was constituted by the Superintendent of Police, Sirsa which was headed by Deputy Superintendent of Police, Headquarters, Sirsa. The SIT has also prepared its investigation report and on the basis of the said report a cancellation report has been prepared and submitted.

Faced with the same, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail his remedies as available in law.
