      Mr. Pawan Kumar Jhanda, AAG Haryana.    

        Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.267 dated 09.06.2018, registered at Police Station Dharuhera, District Rewari, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC.

Vide order dated 13.05.2022 passed by a Coordinate Bench, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.

 

    

 

        13.05.2022 passed by the Coordinate Bench,           Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Rakesh Kumar, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 13.05.2022 PARVEEN KUMAR 2022.07.29 05:48 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.

CRM-M-14982-2022 /2/ granting interim bail to the petitioner, is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
