(ORAL) In the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No. 1337 dated 30.12.2017 registered under Sections 148, 149, 302 and 120-B IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act at Police Station City Panipat, District Panipat.

Heard.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Naresh Kumar, states that the petitioners have joined the investigation and are no more required for further interrogation.
