This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for noncompliance of the order dated 15.09.2023 passed in CRM-M-11381-2016. 2.

Learned Additional Solicitor General of India has handed over a copy of the sanction for prosecution of Mr. Vijay Kumar Janjua, IAS (Retd.), former Chief Secretary of Government of Punjab under Section 19 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988. The same is taken on record. Registry to scan and tag the same at the appropriate place. 3.

In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off as such. Rule stands discharged.
