( Through Video Conferencing ) **** HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI , J. (ORAL) Present petition has been filed seeking protection to the life and liberty of the petitioner as he apprehends threat to the same at the hands of private respondents No.4 to 13.

On 06.08.2021, a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court directed respondent No.3 to look into the representation filed by the petitioner raising the said grievance and take any action in case the same is required. Today, an affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3, wherein, it has been stated that the enquiry into the NARESH KUMAR 2021.09.29 16:47 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRWP-2786-2020 -2application/representation of the petitioner has already been done and the allegations alleged by the petitioner are found to be incorrect as he is involved in civil dispute with private respondents with regard to some property dispute and the said representation filed by the petitioner has already been rejected.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the averments made in the reply, he does not press this petition any further and the same may be disposed off as such. Ordered accordingly.
