The present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing of FIR No.0090 dated 27.02.2018, registered under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, (for short, 'IPC'), at Police Station Civil Lines, District Police Commissionerate Amritsar, and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties. 2.

Short reply dated 11.07.2023 by way of affidavit of Varinder Singh Khosa, PPS, Assistant Commissioner of Police, North, Amritsar City, has been filed on behalf of respondent No.1-State. The same is taken on record.

Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the parties. 5.

In view of the report of the Trial Court, this Court does not find any ground to continue with the present petition any further and the same is dismissed.
