(ORAL) The instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a direction to the official respondents to take action as per law on the complaint of the petitioner dated 08.05.2018 made to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner. In this regard the petitioner has also approached the authorities by filing representation dated 15.05.2018 (Annexure P-1) but till date no action has been taken by respondent No.1 on the same.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if respondent No.1 be directed to look into the representation dated 15.05.2018 (Annexure P-1) and take action in accordance with law, in a time bound manner.
