(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition. However, a prayer has been made that since the petitioner is a senior citizen as well as NRI, his case for personal exemption before the trial court be considered sympathetically. Allowed to do so. Dismissed as withdrawn with the direction to the trial court that in case the petitioner moves before it for his personal exemption, his case be considered sympathetically.
