Present 2nd petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNSS') for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.451 dated 11.11.2023 under Sections 120-B, 201, 204, 302, 328, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the IPC, Section 72-A of the Punjab Excise Act, 1914 (Haryana Amendment Bill, 2020) and Section 42 of Prisons Act, 1894, registered at Police Station Bilaspur, District Yamuna Nagar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner; in view of the factum of this Court having declined bail in somewhat similarly situated FIR bearing No.387 dated 10.11.2023 under Sections 120-B, 201, 304, (deleted later on vide order framing charge dated 4.3.2025), Sections 307, 302 of IPC (added later on vide order framing charge dated 4.3.2025), Section 328 of ASHWANI KUMAR 2026.03.16 18:42 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M No.12848 of 2025 -2IPC and Section 72-A of the Punjab Excise Act, 1914 (as amended by the Haryana Amendment Bill, 2020) at Police Station Chhapar, District Yamunanagar, Haryana; seeks to withdraw the petition in hand at this stage.

Needless to say that the petitioner shall be at liberty to apply for interim bail on medical grounds by way of a separate petition, in case cause of action so ensues.
