Through the instant writ petition, prayer is made for issuance of directions for giving back the possession of House No.65 (333), Punjabi Bagh, Sanaur Road, Patiala, to the petitioner, as the petitioner and his parents were wrongly dispossessed therefrom by the respondents No.2 and 3.

What surfaces from perusal of the record is that, there is a matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and the respondent No.4 and on account thereof, an FIR has already been registered against the petitioner. The respondent No.4 was the registered owner of the house in question and she has already sold it by executing a sale deed. 3.
On account of the supervening events, vis-a-vis, sale of the house in question by its registered owner, the asked for directions cannot DEVINDER YADAV 2025.05.26 09:47 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
CWP-6261-2023 be passed. Therefore, the instant writ petition is dismissed. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to, in case, he has any grievance with regard to sale of the house in question by the respondent No.4, take the apposite legal recourse.
