(ORAL) In the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of a direction to respondents No. 1 to 3 to give police protection to the petitioner and not to interfere in her life and liberty, in any manner and also to register a criminal case against respondent No. 4. Heard.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents No. 1 to 3 to look into the grievance of petitioner regarding threat perception from her son-respondent No. 4-Puneet, as to whether she genuinely need any protection and if so, do the needful.
