Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners and after perusing the paper-book, however, without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 - Superintendent of Police, Nuh, District Nuh, to decide the representation of the petitioners dated 01.06.2017 (Annexure P-2) by passing a speaking order within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
