The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 24.12.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-25602-2025.

In compliance of the order dated 24.12.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-25602-2025, compliance report by way of affidavit dated 30.03.2026 of Anish Yadav, IAS, Director, Development and Panchayats Department, Haryana, along with speaking order dated 13.03.2026 (Annexure R-1), has been filed on behalf of respondent No.3 in the Registry. The same is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in VIRENDRA SINGH ADHIKARI 2026.05.16 13:50 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

COCP-942-2026 (O&M) -2continuation of aforesaid speaking order dated 13.03.2026, another speaking order dated 01.04.2026 has been passed by the Special Secretary, CRID, Haryana. He has produced a copy of the said speaking order in the Court, which is taken on record. A copy thereof has been given to learned counsel for the petitioners.

A perusal of the aforesaid speaking orders shows that order dated 24.12.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-25602-2025 has been complied with.

In view of the above, since order dated 24.12.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-25602-2025, has been complied with, therefore, the present contempt is purged and rule stands discharged. 6.

Needless to say that the petitioners are at liberty to avail remedy as is available to them in accordance with law to challenge the said speaking orders.
