RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing FIR No.254 dated 21.10.2017 registered under Sections 419, 406 and 120-B IPC at Police Station City Kapurthala and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

Petitioners No.2 and 3 are present in person and have produced their affidavits endorsing their compromise with respondent No.2. Respondent No.2 has also filed additional short reply in compliance of order dated 19.11.2018 admitting the factum of alleged compromise. Learned counsel for respondent No.2-complainant submits that he has no objection if FIR in question is quashed against all the petitioners. In view of above, petition is allowed.
