Therefore, he wants to withdraw the present petition for quashing of FIR on the basis of compromise dated 22.04.2019 with the liberty to file fresh quashing petition on the basis of fresh compromise arrived at between the parties. In view of the statement, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
