**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant all the notional benefits to the petitioner on the post of Assistant Block Resources Person and to grant the actual financial benefit of fixation of pay w.e.f. 16.12.2021. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that for redressal of their grievances, the petitioners have issued a justice demand notice dated 22.12.2022 (Annexure P-11), but the same has not been decided till date. He confines his argument to the extent that the respondents be directed to decide the said justice demand notice in a time bound manner. Notice of motion.

On the asking of this Court, Mr. RS Budhwar, Additional AG Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents-State and submits that he has no objection if the aforesaid limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners is allowed.
