Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking quashing of challan dated 15.02.2021 (Annexure P-10) filed in FIR No.0567 dated 20.11.2020 registered under Sections 148, 149, 323 and 506 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Nuh, District Nuh.

After arguing for sometime, counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to avail the remedy available in accordance with law.
