(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as per order dated 07.8.2023 passed in CRM-M-45627 of 2023, the matter between the parties has been compromised and the FIR in question has been quashed. She submits that in view of the aforesaid position, she may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.

Learned counsel for the State as well as respondent No.2 do not deny the abovesaid factum.
