For the reasons recorded in the application, which is supported by an affidavit, the same is allowed and the matter is taken up on board today itself.

Main case Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.0024 dated 02.02.2019 under Sections 420,465,467,468,471,120-B IPC registered at P.S Chattwind, District Amritsar Rural and all other consequential proceedings arising out of the said FIR, as the matter stands amicably settled in terms of compromise. CRM-M-14109 of 2022 #2# appear before the trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate on 20.04.2022 for getting their statements recorded with regard to the compromise and the learned Magistrate was directed to send a report about the genuineness and veracity of the compromise.

A report dated 28.04.2022 of learned JMIC, Amritsar has been received. As per the report, the parties had appeared before learned JMIC Gurugram and got recorded their statements regarding compromise. Learned Magistrate has stated that he is of the considered view that the compromise between the parties is valid, genuine, voluntary and without any coercion or undue influence.

In view thereof, the present petition is allowed. FIR No.0024 dated 02.02.2019 under Sections 420,465,467,468,471,120-B IPC registered at P.S Chattwind, District Amritsar Rural along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, are hereby quashed qua the petitioner.
