After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the parties have arrived at a consensus on the following points:- 1) The petitioners will handover the vacant possession of the tenanted premises on or before 31.12.2021. 2) The petitioners will deposit the arrears of mesne profits fixed by the learned Appellate Authority along with the amount due for the next nine months, within a period of one month from today.

3) The petitioners will file an undertaking to this effect before the learned Rent Controller within a period of 15 days from today.

4) The petitioners will not handover the vacant possession of the tenanted premises to anyone else except DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2021.04.09 10:56 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Civil Revision No. 856 of 2021 (O&M) respondent No.1 and 2.

In view of the above, the present revision petition is disposed of.
