RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Challenge in this petition, filed under Section 482, Cr.P.C., is to the order, dated 18.4.2016 (Annexure P-1), passed by learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Hodal, and the order, dated 1.6.2016 (Annexure P-3), passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Palwal, whereby the petitioner was declared as a proclaimed offender. Notice of motion was issued by this Court vide order dated 8.7.2016 and the petitioner was directed to appear before learned Trial Court and submit his bail bonds to its satisfaction. In response, reply has been filed in the Court today, which is taken on record.
Learned counsel for the State on instructions from ASI Rashid Khan of Police Station, Hodal, District, District Palwal, has further informed that on 27.7.2016, the petitioner did appear before learned Trial Court and the bail bonds to the tune of Rs. 75,000/-, furnished by him, were duly Prashant Kapoor 2016.09.05 17:37 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

Heard learned counsel for the parties.
As per the reply, the case before learned Trial Court is now fixed for 10.9.2016, for prosecution evidence. As per the statement made by learned counsel for the State, the petitioner has already appeared before learned Trial Court on 27.7.2016 and the bail bonds furnished by him have since been accepted.
In view of above, the present petition is allowed and the impugned orders dated 18.4.2016 and 1.6.2016 (Anmnexures P-1 and P-3, respectively) are set aside. The petitioner shall continue to appear before learned Trial Court on each and every date of hearing, except ordered otherwise by learned Trial Court.
