The petitioner through the instant writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents to release payment with respect to work carried out by him for the respondent. 2.
The aforesaid Civil Writ Petition was e-filed on 03.02.2026 by Sh. Rohit Mittal, Advocate. The Registry had approved the file. Counsel for the petitioner had not submitted hard copy of the same, which is mandatory. 3.
It appears that petitioner is not interested to pursue the matter. Moreover, CWP No.6424-2026 involving same issue has already been decided.
