NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition to enable the petitioner to file criminal revision petition before the Court of Session at the first instance. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the above prayer.
After hearing learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of with permission to the petitioner to file criminal revision petition before the Court of Session at the first instance.
