(Oral) Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Wazir Singh, has informed that the cancellation report in the present case has been approved on 25.10.2016 by the Superintendent of Police, Kurukshetra and the instant petition has become infructuous, which may be dismissed as such.

In this view of the matter, the instant petition is dismissed, as having become infructuous, however, the direction to the respondent-State to produce the cancellation report before the concerned Court within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
