(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of FIR No.100 dated 15.05.2016, registered at Police Station Sector 36, Chandigarh, who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 506, 354, 406 and 498-A IPC read with Section 34 IPC. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has not been finalized as the brother of the petitioner is residing at abroad. The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.

It is made clear that the decision with regard to release of the above-said amount will be seen by the trial Court at the final stage. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of.
