JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of appropriate directions to respondents No.2 and 3 for release of the alleged detenue, namely, Mehakdeep Kaur daughter of the petitioner from the illegal confinement of respondents No.4 to 6. On 12.03.2024, notice of motion was issued, pursuant to which, Mehakdeep Kaur and her husband Nikhil Dutta are present in the Court. They state that they got married on 05.12.2023 and wish to reside together.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court.

The petition stands disposed of.
