Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has purchased a plot vide sale deed dated 10.03.2015 (Annexure P-1) from respondent No.4 at the instance of respondent No.3 and started raising construction over it. On the objection raised by some persons, matter was inquired and it transpired that Bhagwan Das had impersonated as owner and cheated the petitioner. The petitioner filed complaint in Court, which is pending. Now, private respondents are harassing and pressing petitioner to withdraw the complaint. A representation (Annexure P-3) was made to the Superintendent of Police, Jind to this effect. Without expressing any opinion on merits, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police, Jind to look into the representation (Annexure P-3) and take appropriate action in accordance with law if any threat is found to the life and liberty of the petitioner.
