Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for setting aside the order dated 11.5.2016, passed by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Nakodar as well as order dated 25.1.2017, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jalandhar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that he be allowed to withdraw the present petition and restricted his prayer that the trial of the case, before the learned Court below, be expedited. In view of above, present petition is disposed of having been withdrawn but the learned trial Court is directed to expedite the proceedings of the case as early as possible.
