*** Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Iqbal Singh states that during the course of investigation, petitioner Rajesh Kumar has been found to be innocent and he is not required to be arrested in this case. He further states that if at any stage the petitioner is required to be arrested then 7 days advance notice would be given to him. It being so, the petition is dismissed having become infructuous. However, it is observed that if at any stage the petitioner is required to be arrested in this case then 7 days advance notice in writing would be given to him.
