**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 50 dated 3.11.2017 registered at Police Station Women Yamuna Nagar under Sections 4/21 and 17 of POCSO Act and Section 3(I) (XII) of SC/ST Act. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. There are no allegations of rape against him. He was named by the co-accused. He is said to have rented his shop to the persons accused of rape. Without commenting anything on the merits of the case and considering the fact that the trial will take time to conclude, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing local surety and adequate bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate.
