(ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of directions to respondents No. 1 to 3 to complete the investigation in FIR No. 364 dated 8.8.2016, registered under Section 306/34 IPC at Police Station Sampla, District Rohtak (Annexure P-2). Mr. Namit Sharma, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of respondents No. 4 to 7 and filed memo of appearance, which is taken on record.
Reply by way of affidavit of Mr. Vijay Singh, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Rohtak on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 3 has been filed in the Court which is taken on record. Copy supplied. Learned State counsel on the strength of the reply and on instructions from ASI Narinder Singh states that the police has investigated the matter and during investigation, no incriminating evidence has come on record against Krishan Lal, Sudesh, Manish and Aarti regarding any Gurpreet Singh Bhatia 2017.09.06 14:23 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
CRM-M-21227 of 2017 -2pressure on deceased Satpal to commit suicide. Accordingly, the Investigating Officer of the case has prepared a cancellation report and the same is now pending consideration before the Superintendent of Police, Rohtak as the same was submitted to him on 27.4.2017. Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and noticing the prayer made by the petitioner in the present petition as well as the stand of the respondent-State, this Court finds that once the matter has already been investigated by the police and a cancellation report has been submitted for approval before the Superintendent of Police concerned, the prayer of the petitioner no more survives.
The petition is accordingly disposed of.
