The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR No.298 dated 25.11.2022 under Sections 323, 324, 354-A, 406, 498-A, 506 and 509 IPC registered at Police Station Sector 9, Ambala City.

Learned State counsel contends that the petitioners have not joined the investigation, which is going on.

In view thereof, there is no ground to entertain the petition. Dismissed.
