" the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No.138 dated 01.11.2013 registered at Police Station Ghuman Kalan, District Gurdaspur under Section 498A IPC and all consequences arising out of the said FIR are quashed. The petition stands allowed in those terms.
