Perusal of the file shows that on the previous date i.e. 28.09.2018, last opportunity was granted to petitioner to serve un-served respondent, for today clarifying him that in case of his failure to do so, this petition shall shall entail dismissal for want of prosecution. As per office report, fresh notice issued to respondent No. 1 through ordinary and dasti process has not been received back, either served or otherwise. Therefore, it is evident that the petitioner or his counsel is no more interested in pursuing the instant petition. Dismissed.
