Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 225 dated 23.9.2016, registered under Sections 306, 325, 323 & 34 IPC at Police Station City, Faridkot. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner has since joined the investigation and he is not required for further investigation in any way. Thus, he be released on pre-arrest bail. Learned counsel for the respondent-State, affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he has been released on interim bail.
