The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for extension of parole granted to the petitioner on medical grounds enabling him to be admitted for removal of Implant/Surgery on 22.03.2023.

Learned counsel for the State has pointed out that the petitioner has since surrendered on 01.06.2023 and his case for furlough for 03 weeks has been initiated by the Jail Authorities.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
