The present appeal filed by the accused/appellant against impugned judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 12.02.2020 whereby the appellant was held guilty for having committed the offences punishable under Section 379-B/34 IPC, and to undergo sentence as follows:

Learned counsel for the appellant, submits that appellant - Vinit, who has filed the instant appeal was released on bail by suspending the order of sentence but thereafter he has expired. 4.
On being asked by the Court, learned DAG, Haryana, while referring to para-3 of the status report dated 22.01.2025 confirms the said fact and submits that as the convict Vinit has expired, therefore, appeal can be disposed of as having been abated qua him. 5.
Ordered accordingly.
