**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) The petitioner seeks regular bail in FIR No. 18 dated 18.2.2020 under Section 306 IPC registered at Police Station Mahilpur, District Hoshiarpur.

The present case has been adjourned form time to time as the petitioner was stated to be on parole.

Vide order dated 08.2.2021, passed by this Court, the affidavit of Superintendent, Central Jail, Hoshiarpur was called. In compliance of the said order, reply by way of affidavit of Superintendent, Central Jail,, Hoshiarpur, dated 23.3.2021, has been filed in the Court, which is taken on record. In the said affidavit, it has been mentioned that the interim bail of the petitioner was extended from 11.5.2020 to 02.4.2021.
