This petition has been filed seeking investigation in case bearing FIR no. 341 dated 11.04.2018, registered at Police Station Sadar Hisar, District Hisar for offence punishable under Section 306 read with Section 34 IPC from CBI or some independent agency or officer not below the rank of Superintendent of Police.

Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Vishav Jeet submits that the investigation in the aforesaid FIR was carried out by Deputy Superintendent of Police and the same was approved by the Superintendent of Police, Hisar. The police on completion of investigation has filed cancellation report in Court on 25.06.2018 and no further order on that report has been passed by the Court concerned. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not received any notice in cancellation report so far.
