Through this revision petition, the petitioners pray for issuance of a direction to the Executing Court to decide and execute the eviction order against the respondent, on account of his alleged failure to comply with the order of the Appellate Court.

After two years of restricted working on account of surge of Coronavirus infection, finally, the Courts have resumed their normal functioning.

3.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the petitioners, if so advised, may file an application seeking the aforesaid relief before the Executing Court.

4.

With the observations made above, the present revision petition is disposed of.
