**** RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Reply filed on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3 in the Registry is taken on record. Be tagged at appropriate place. Learned State counsel contends that the instant petition has rendered infructuous in view of the fact that on inquiry, respondents No.5 and 6 were found guilty for loss of mobile, recovered from the petitioner. Therefore, one annual increment has been stopped and their services were terminated for one year. However, recording of the mobile phone, which the aforesaid official misplaced and did not produce before the Court, has been got retrieved and exhibited in lower court's record. In view of the above, instant petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
