RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of directions to official respondents no.1 to 3 to take action against the accused for commission of cheating with the petitioner. It is further prayed for issuance of direction to respondent No.2 to decide the representation, dated 27.02.2023, Annexure P-5, submitted by the petitioner to respondents No.2 and 3.

It has been submitted by counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner would be satisfied if her representation, dated 27.02.2023, Annexure P-5, is decided in a time-bound manner. Notice of motion to official respondents only. On the asking of the Court, Mr.Sandeep Kumar, DAG, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent/State. After hearing the counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2, i.e. the Senior Superintendent of Police, Jalandhar (Rural), to look into the representation, MEENU 2023.03.22 15:54 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
