**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioners, in view of the Policy dated 11.11.2003/27.02.2004 (Annexure P-2) .

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that for redressal of their grievances, the petitioners have issued a legal notice dated 16.12.2022 (Annexure P-8), but the same has not been decided till date. He confines his argument to the extent that the respondents be directed to decide the said legal notice in a time bound manner. Notice of motion.
