HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI, J.(ORAL) Present petition has been filed by the petitioner, who is the Panch of the Gram Panchayat, Village Kabrachha, Tehsil Uchana, District Jind, Haryana with the prayer that respondent No.6, who is the Sarpanch, is misappropriating the funds of the Gram Panchayat, hence, respondents be directed to initiate action against him in accordance with law. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has approached the authorities concerned bringing to their notice the alleged illegal activities of respondent No.6 but no action has been taken against the Sarpanch so far. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner has filed two detailed complaints, one on 06.06.
2019 (Annexure P-9) and second on 15.10.2019 (Annexure P-10) addressed to the Deputy Commissioner, Jind and the said complaints are still pending consideration before the said authority. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will be satisfied at this stage, in case a time bound direction is NARESH KUMAR 2020.09.
CWP-15143-2020 issued to respondent No.3 to decide the said complaints by passing an appropriate speaking order.

Ms. Rajni Gupta, learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana, who has joined the proceedings through video conference, keeping in view the service of advance copy of petition, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondents-State has no objection for deciding the complaints dated 06.06.2019 (Annexure P-9) and 15.10.2019 (Annexure P-10) in a time bound manner by passing an appropriate speaking order. Without commenting upon the merits of the case or about the entitlement of the petitioner for the relief which has been claimed by him in the complaints dated 06.06.2019 (Annexure P-9) and 15.10.2019 (Annexure P-10), the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to decide the complaints dated 06.06.2019 (Annexure P-9) and 15.10.2019 (Annexure P-10) within a period of three months from the receipt of copy of this order.
