The present petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No. 0095 dated 28.06.2020 registered under Section 295-A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Mehta, Amritsar Rural and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent(s) contend that the petitioner has already been declared as a proclaimed person vide order dated 17.09.2022.
