This is a petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 60 dated 01.06.2017 under sections 307, 34 & 120-B IPC at Police Station Dhand, district Kaithal. On 29/30.05.2017 at about 3:00 A.M. Ravinder Kumar resident of Kaul informed that Mahavir had sustained injuries by knife blows. He was thereafter admitted to Kalpana Chawla Hospital, Karnal. He disclosed that a motorcyclist had attacked him with knife. The injured was thereafter referred to PGI, Rohtak. Petitioner has prayed for bail on the ground that he has been falsely implicated and has been in custody for considerable period. Besides, co-accused has already been granted the concession of bail. Plea has been opposed by learned State counsel on the ground that recovery of knife was affected from the petitioner and serious stab wounds were inflicted by him to the injured. Out of twenty two witnesses cited by the prosecution, twelve have already been examined. AJAY KUMAR 2018.08.17 16:00 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

CRM M-22247 of 2018 As the trial is proceedings at a normal pace and allegations against the petitioner are serious, I am of the considered view that no ground for enlarging the petitioner on bail is made out. Dismissed. August 13, 2018 (RAJAN GUPTA) Ajay JUDGE Whether speaking/reasoned:
